Structure

Arrabon Incorporated is managed by a volunteer Board of Directors, the Executive Director, Assistant Director, a MSW consultant, and a team of professional Child & Youth workers.

Arrabon is a member of Ontchild, an association of residential and non-residential agencies who serve young people at risk, and ONPHA, Ontario non-profit housing association.

The agency is partially funded by the provincial Ministry of Community and Social Services as well as the Ministry of Children and Youth Services. In addition to provincial support, Arrabon, a not-for profit organization, requires substantial fundraising support to help expand delivery of its programs and relies heavily on donations to meet its budget each year.
